Luxury condos announced for Siesta Key and Golden Gate Point; new models in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota National.

Siesta Key’s first new condominium project since 2005 has been announced for one of the last undeveloped Gulf-front parcels along Ocean Boulevard. Oceane, at 4740 Ocean Blvd., will consist of six luxury condos of 4,500 square feet each, with pre-construction prices starting at $3,873,000. Each owner will have a private cabana adjacent to the resort-style pool and spa. Crossgate Partners, LLC is the developer and Mark Sultana of DSDG Architects is the architect. Crossgate also recently developed Infinity on Longboat Key. Peter Laughlin of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty is marketing the property.

On Golden Gate Point in downtown Sarasota, Golden Gate Point Ventures LLC has announced plans for The Pearl, a boutique condominium building consisting of eight 2,750-square-foot units in a classic modern style with art deco influences. Prices start at $1.65 million and groundbreaking is expected to take place in October; Joel Schemmel and Cheryl Loeffler of Premier Sotheby’s Real Estate are the listing agents.

The Agostino model, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath Golf Estate Home, is now open for viewing at Sarasota National, WCI Communities’ 2,400-acre master-planned community in Venice. One of five Golf Estate Home designs in Sarasota National, the Agostino offers 2,725 square feet of living space, including a large den. It is priced from $394,990.
