 Taylor Morrison is now selling its newest active lifestyle community, Bellacina by Casey Key, an Esplanade Community. The gated community, set on 165 acres in Nokomis bordering the Calusa Lakes Golf Club, will have more than 300 single-family and detached villa homes when completed. Four models are now available for viewing. 

Neal Communities has introduced its newest Bradenton community, The Ridge at Crossing Creek. Located off State Road 70 east of I-75, the community will have walking trails, a canoe and kayak launch area with storage racks, recreation center with resort-style pool and spa and a covered seating area.  Five floor plans from the builder’s Celebration series will be offered, set around a 21-acre lake. 

Area real estate agents got a sneak peek last week at the Golden Gate Point luxury condominium project, AQUA, courtesy of co-listing agents Cheryl Loeffler and Joel Schemmel of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. Just two of nine residences—on the second and third floors—remain for sale in the Guy Peterson-designed modern tower being built by developers Jonathan McCague and Michael Adams, at $3,195,00 million and $5,495,000 million respectively. Each unit features floor-to-ceiling glass walls that capture fantastic views of the Ringling Causeway over Sarasota Bay.
