Orlando’s SS Palmetto LLC has purchased the ExtraSpace Storage facility at 2100 U.S. Highway 301, Palmetto, for $13.3 million.

Neal Communities (nealcommunities.com) has purchased two properties from Manatee County’s Robinson Farms for a total of $3.2 million.

Phoenix Rising Holdings LLC has purchased a medical office center at 2902 59th St. W., Bradenton, for $3.2 million. Phoenix Rising is managed by physician Dr. Jagan Akella of Bradenton.
