Mimi’s Brasserie & Speakeasy opened in Southside Village in early December 2025 in the former Adeline space on Hillview Street. Hungry diners can settle into the brasserie side of the restaurant for a comforting French meal, like classic steak frites ($29) or mushroom croquettes ($12), served from 2-11 p.m. Or, starting at 5 p.m., they can sneak through the dining room to the restaurant’s back room speakeasy, which takes no reservations and serves fantastic cocktails like the “Cabaret L’enfer,” made with botanical gin, ginger, hibiscus and finished with sparkling wine ($17).
