Diners can pick their preference for Thanksgiving at The St. Regis Longboat Key: Riva, the resort's Northern Italian-inspired restaurant, will offer a three-course meal including butternut squash bisque, pumpkin gnocchi, fish, pork shank or turkey roulade, and more. Meanwhile, at CW Prime, the hotel's Art Deco-inspired steakhouse, Brussels sprouts salad, roasted turkey breast and apple pie are on the three-course menu in addition to scallop crudo, cranberry chutney, grilled filet mignon and pumpkin tourbillion (chiffon cake, pumpkin cream and vanilla chantilly cream).
