Ocean Prime Is Opening at The Quay Sarasota

Ocean Prime has announced it's coming to Sarasota in late 2024. The two-story restaurant will be located in the heart of The Quay Sarasota which, upon completion, will be a 14-acre mixed-use waterfront development that will include residences, shopping and dining.
The Sarasota Ocean Prime will be the 19th location for the company, which includes three other Florida locations in Tampa, Orlando and Naples.
Ocean Prime will be able to seat 350 and will have two bars, two private dining rooms, as well as outdoor terraces on each floor.

“Sarasota is close to my heart, and where I have vacationed with my family for nearly 20 years," Cameron Mitchell, founder and CEO of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, which operates Ocean Prime, said in a press release.

Ocean Prime will offer steak and seafood, like New York strip steak with garlic shrimp scampi.
The 9,500-square-foot restaurant will feature 350 seats, two bars, two private dining rooms, as well as outdoor terraces on each floor.
Guests can expect an upscale menu with options like fresh oysters, sushi, seafood entrees and steak.
