Constellation Culinary Group has announced a hospitality partnership with the Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee and its 28,000-square-foot Morganroth Event Center on the Larry and Mary Greenspon Family Campus for Jewish Life, which will open in summer 2023. The food and beverage operator will serve as the exclusive caterer for the 32-acre campus. Notable features include an expansive lobby, which will provide space for pre- or post-event receptions for as many as 300 participants, and a 10,000-square-foot ballroom, which will accommodate up to 1,000 participants. Additional spaces include meeting rooms that can be configured into separate spaces able to accommodate groups of various sizes. The multi-use complex will also have parking facilities with enough spaces to accommodate large groups visiting the center for events, with 300-plus parking spaces.

Constellation Culinary Group will curate chef-driven menus for the center’s internal events as well as external events/facility rentals in the onsite 3,000 square-foot kosher-style kitchen. Constellation entered the Sarasota market in December 2019 with the opening of the Sarasota Art Museum, where it continues to serve as the exclusive catering partner and restaurant operator. Chef Kaytlin Dangaran, who leads all food and beverage efforts at the Sarasota Art Museum, will work closely with the team at the federation to create innovative menus for group functions and community activities. Nicole Hernandez, Constellation Culinary Group’s regional director of sales, will spearhead all pre-opening sales efforts for the facility.
