Bloomin' Brands, the Tampa company behind Outback Steakhouse and several other chains, is hopping on the "ghost kitchen" trend with Tender Shack, a new offering that prepares chicken tender combos and sandwiches and offers delivery through DoorDash.

The meals are prepared at both Outback and Carraba's Italian Grill locations. Individual dishes cost $9-$10, with larger platters of fried chicken and other items available for bigger groups. Tender Shack started in Tampa last September before it was rolled out nationwide.

The company offers two main flavors: "Dang Good Seasoned Tenders" and "Nashville Hot AF Tenders." A platter comes with a dipping sauce and French fries. On a sandwich, they're topped with pickles, lettuce and sauce, and paired with fries.

To kick off the new brand, starting today, Wednesday, March 10, Tender Shack is offering a series of giveaways. Customers can win up to $100 in Amazon gift cards in daily prizes; a grand prize winner will receive $5,000.

Tender Shack is available for delivery from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. For more info, visit the company's website.
