Metz Culinary Management recently opened a new Culinary Center at 1540 Northgate Blvd., Sarasota. The Center is a 15,000-square-foot kitchen facility with cook and chill equipment and blast freezers led by head chef Nello Allegrucci. It serves corporate dining clients, charitable initiatives, schools and more. Metz is a Pennsylvania-based culinary management company.
