The City of Sarasota’s Office of Public Art will host a virtual meeting next week for the general public to join in the creation of a Public Art Master Plan for Sarasota. Feedback gathered at the meeting will be incorporated into the master plan, a document that will provide a framework for how to implement public art citywide and how to prioritize different opportunities for public art that best serve the community.

The City has already hosted roundtables with local artists and business owners and conducted an online survey to gather the community’s feedback on public art as part of the master plan process.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 10. To register and receive a Zoom link, click here.
