The Baltimore Orioles have partnered with the Early Learning Coalition of Sarasota County to host a free, family-friendly, drive-through book giveaway at Ed Smith Stadium on Saturday, April 24, from 9 a.m.-noon. Designed for children from infants to age 7, the event will feature local arts organizations and dance, drama, art, music and movement. Each car will receive at least a dozen new children's books and a swag bag of goodies; children are encouraged to dress up as their favorite characters.
