Trendspotter: Women's Earnings

Florida women employed full time in 2011 had median weekly earnings of $668 or 83.8 percent of their male counterpart’s $797 median. This ratio was the second highest since 1997, just below the 2006 peak ratio of 84.2 percent. Nationwide, women earned $684 or 82.2 percent of the $832 median for men.
