The Sarasota County Commission voted unanimously on Tuesday to name Jonathan Lewis Sarasota County administrator. Lewis, who has been with Sarasota County since last April and served as interim county administrator since last December, will be paid $195,000 a year. Before joining the county, Lewis served as North Port city manager and as deputy city manager of Palm Bay, Florida. He also served as assistant town manager and assistant to the town manager in Belleair, Florida.
