Two Premier Sotheby's Real Estate Teams Merge

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that two of its real estate teams, the Schemmel Group and the Soda Group, have merged to become the Schemmel Soda Group. The new group will serve residential customers from the barrier islands and mainland waterfront to the area’s golf course communities, Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch and beyond.
Past Schemmel Soda Group highlights YTD closed and pending sales of more than $200 million and the highest YTD sales in Sarasota County, Manatee County, Lakewood Ranch, Casey Key, Siesta Key and Longboat Key, respectively.
