Sales of existing homes in America declined in June for the third straight month, according to new statistics released by the National Association of Realtors. The number of sales decreased by 0.6 percent between May and June, putting them 2.2 percent below a year ago. Existing home sales rose in the Northeast and Midwest, while dropping in the South and West.
