Sarasota's Vigo LLC recently purchased 61,155 square feet of vacant land located at 3232 S. Beneva Road, Sarasota, from Tampa's First Southern Beneva, LLC for $450,000. Located between Webber Street and Bee Ridge Road, the land is zoned for multi-family residential purposes. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
