Colorado's Sheridan Court LLC last month purchased the Commerce Building, 531 13th St., Bradenton, from Lakeland's Hi Hamza LLC for just over $1.1 million. Built in 1922, the building has three stories, with a mix of retail on the first floor and offices on the second and third floors.
