Five local leaders will discuss the impact to the region from the recently concluded session of the Florida Legislature during the Sarasota Tiger Bay Club's next luncheon, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, June 22. The panel will include Sarasota County School Board member Shirley Brown, State College of Florida president Carol Probstfeld, Conservation Foundation president Christine Johnson, Sarasota Memorial Health Care System president and CEO David Verinder and Sarasota County director of community and intergovernmental relations Rob Lewis. The event takes place at Michael's on East, 1212 S. East Ave., Sarasota. Registration is $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
