BW 301 Myrtle, LLC purchased 3703 N. Washington Blvd. in Sarasota for $1.675 million from 3703 N. Washington, LLC. Ian Black and Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction. The site is being developed as the first Wawa convenience store in Sarasota County.

Gettel Nissan, Inc. purchased a 1.35-acre parcel with a 4,680-square-foot building (the former Packer Funeral Home) located at 4020 S. Beneva Road in Sarasota from MYHRE Properties, LLC for $1.3 million. Sean Dreznin, Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.
