Bill’s Good Time Bar & Grill has leased 2,450 square feet at the Shops at Silverleaf, 11245 U.S. 301, Parrish. The center is anchored by a Publix shopping center. Additional merchants include Verizon Wireless, Fantastic Sam’s, Michelangelo’s Pizza and Manatee Diagnostics. Tracy Worrell, an associate with Crossman & Company, managed the transaction.

The Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance has announced plans to relocate their headquarters to the new MGA building, 8430 Enterprise Circle, just off University Parkway. In his farewell address as the 2013 chair, Tommy Klauber announced that the group plans to occupy the new space in the first quarter of 2014.

Earlier this week, Neal Communities announced that it has reached 800 home sales so far this year, a more than 32 percent increase over the 602 sales in all of 2012. Sales took place in 16 communities from Manatee County to Lee County. Central Park at Lakewood Ranch led the way with 156 sales so far in 2013, followed by 138 sales at Grand Palm in Venice. The Lakewood Ranch-based builder opened 10 new communities in 2013, as well as a new Southwest Florida Division in Lee and Collier counties.
