T. Wynne Art & Design, Inc. has renewed its lease of 1,625 square feet in the Bradenton Financial Center, located at 1401 Manatee Ave. W. in downtown Bradenton. Angela Varga and Debra Cooper, both with the downtown Bradenton office of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group, handled the renewal. Varga and Cooper are the exclusive leasing representatives for the 138,000-square-foot Bradenton Financial Center.

Rainbow Lakes Land Trust has purchased the 27,903-square-foot Rainbow Lakes Apartments, located on 57th Avenue West in Bradenton, from Haney Developers Inc. for $2 million. Leasing for the 29-unit community is managed by Walter Realty.
