As part of the Baltimore Orioles’ ongoing efforts to serve and strengthen the community during the Covid-19 pandemic, the ball club has partnered with OneBlood to host a series of blood drives at Ed Smith Stadium. So far during spring training, the Orioles have hosted two blood drives, which saw a total of 34 donors, equating to 102 lives saved. The next blood drive will be held today, March 17, from 3:30-7:30 p.m. Donors will receive a $10 e-gift card and a OneBlood St. Patrick’s Day T-shirt. Appointments can be made at oneblood.org/orioles.

In 2020, the Orioles helped gather nearly 200 pints of blood through blood drives with OneBlood, helping save the lives of more than 570 people.
