MEET THE MAJESKI FAMILY

“We’ve lived in Southwest Florida (Fort Myers area) since 2017, and this will be our 4th home and 3rd new construction home,” said the Majeski’s. “Since we have a toddler daughter, we decided to move to Venice, FL, to live closer to my in-laws (only 10 minutes away!), and now my mother has moved into Vistera, as well. It’s ideal. We recently moved from Babcock Ranch, which had a ton of amenities & activities, so we were looking for something similar but on a smaller (more intimate) scale. We are so excited to be part of the Vistera community!”

Originally from Missouri, Eric has been in Florida for 10 years and loves it. The thriving professional environment brought him here for work. It’s also the perfect place to enjoy his favorite hobbies —fishing and spending time with his wife, Amy, and daughter, Haley. Eric and Amy were living in Boca Raton and looking for a place to settle down that offered more value for the price. They rented before buying because they wanted to find the perfect new home where they could put down roots and build a meaningful life for their daughter.
