Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Derby was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. After graduating with his medical degree in Tampa, Dr. Derby completed six years of training in a highly selective plastic surgery residency in Illinois, followed by two additional years of elective, cosmetic surgery fellowship study under the supervision of world-renowned surgeons. Completing his training in 2015, Dr. Derby brought his expertise back to Florida to become a partner in practice at Sarasota Plastic Surgery Center.
