Over the last 65 years, the Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee has transitioned from a small group of committed individuals working to build a better Jewish life in our region to a dynamic and impactful organization serving one of the fastest growing Jewish communities in the United States.  

The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee offers exciting programming and events where thousands of community members gather each year to connect and engage with their culture and peers in a safe, secure environment. In addition to our popular annual Mort Skirboll Jewish Film Festival, Just Schmoozing social events, and People of the Book author series, we also gather our community to support Israel, honor Holocaust Survivors, provide education grants to local students, lead mission trips to Israel for both adults and teens, work to combat growing antisemitism and provide financial support to community organizations whose work aligns with our mission and values.

We are focused on building a strong, vibrant, secure Jewish future for the next 65 years and beyond.
