For as long as she can remember, Renée Dedio Preininger dreamed she would one day pursue a career in real estate utilizing her skills learned as a Retail Sales Executive, and later as a retail sales entrepreneur. After her daughters enrolled in college, Renée made her dream a reality by becoming a REALTOR® in 2014. This enabled her to follow her passion in assisting people with one of the most important decisions in life.
Moving with her husband and two daughters from NJ to OH, then to CA, and finally settling in Sarasota in 2004, Renée has intimate knowledge of the stresses involved in moving, buying, and selling a home. This knowledge, combined with her business experience, has given Renée the invaluable organization, communication, and negotiating skills that are the key to her success. During her nine years as a REALTOR®, Renée has closed over $325 million in sales, representing more than 300 transactions. She is a Certified Waterfront Specialist (CWS) and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
