Aviva is our area’s only not-for-profit senior rental residential community. On 27 acres, we offer a continuum of living and care options from which to choose. The peaceful setting, highly trained staff, diverse activities, and friendly atmosphere set us apart. Beginning our fourth decade, we continue to pursue new ways to help seniors live an active lifestyle. Said a long-term resident recently ‘I could be busy morning, noon, and night!’
