Liza’s entrepreneurial story is unique. With the dream of owning a successful business, she began cosmetology school at 16 years of age after earning her GED.  9 years later, that dream became a reality with the establishment of LG Howard & Company in 2015. Her philosophy is that in caring for her team to the best of her ability, her team will care for salon guests to the best of theirs.
