Over the past 25 years, Andrea Dasha Reich has used resin to create both paintings and sculptures. Her exhibition Into the Blues at 530 Burns Gallery marks a new direction for her by switching from the multi-layered resin paintings she was renowned for. Due in part to the size of her paintings, Reich may take a full day to lay out the canvas and choose the specifics of when and how to utilize each hue. She knows what she wants to accomplish when she works in her lab, but she frequently makes adjustments while the resin is painted since it has a mind of its own. She admits that for her, letting go is still something that is both extremely new and very terrifying.

Abby Modell is a well-known and respected glass artist. Throughout her collection, design, color, shape, texture, and light come together to convey the complex nuance and beauty of the cosmos. To add depth to the design, Modell incorporates reflective surfaces in metallic tones. Galactic surfaces are created by combining matte, mirrored, and gloss glass with fire-polished glass assemblages and Swarovski crystals.  She further reflects her individual expression by combining ombre color schemes with dichroic glass, which produces rainbows of light in several of her works. She has displayed collections at several galleries and fine art fairs, including Scope Miami, Art New York, SOFA Chicago, Market Art + Design, Bridgehampton, and Architectural Digest Design Show, New York.

Around the East coast of the United States, many are familiar with the name Julie Vos. Her jewelry can be seen from the Hamptons to the Gulf of Mexico. Julie Vos draws inspiration for six to eight collections each year from her travels and also from New York City (the place where it is designed). Her wildly popular collection is created to the same high standards as fine jewelry. Pearls and imported glass are the materials she utilizes, which are handset in 24-karat gold plating over nickel-free brass and sealed to prevent tarnishing. Their latest spring collection was inspired by the hues found in the waters around Siesta Key and Sarasota. 530 Burns Gallery is hosting an exclusive Trunk Show with an expanded collection from their 2023 Spring Catalogue until MARCH 6, 2023.
