About Us

For over twenty years Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center has served at-risk and underserved women who find themselves in an unplanned or unprepared pregnancy. Donors provide the means for SMPC to offer cost-free medical and educational services, behavioral health counseling, and social services navigation for those women seeking help in a compassionate, nonjudgmental setting.

SMPC client Nicole shares, “An unplanned pregnancy is a struggle either way. If I terminated, it would be a dark, life-long loss. Keeping my pregnancy and parenting is still a struggle, but it’s filled with joy and love. Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center was there when I really needed help and I’m thankful that I choose to have my son.”
