Nonprofit organizations in Sarasota and Manatee Counties seeking investment in innovative projects that make a high “Impact” and sustainable difference in the community are invited to apply for an Impact100 SRQ grant in one of five focus areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment & Recreation, Family, or Health & Wellness. The grant application process begins with the submission of an Eligibility Form.

The Eligibility Form is open through April 13th, 2022. Following submission and review of the eligibility form, a direct link to the grant application will be sent to eligible applicants beginning on March 9th, 2022.  All applications are due by May 2, 2022, at 12:00 PM.

Each year, Impact100 SRQ funds initiatives with high potential for community impact. Grant funding comes from each member’s $1,000 contribution, and Impact100 SRQ members vote to select the Grant Award Recipients at their Annual Celebration in November.

The number of grants available is determined by the number of members Impact100 SRQ has as of March 1st of each Giving Year. The total amount of grant dollars available each year is announced at Impact100 SRQ’s annual Big Reveal held in early March each year.

During the months of May through September, Impact100 SRQ members serve on Focus Area Committees (FACs) where they evaluate the grant initiative proposals and ultimately select the grant finalist(s) in each of the five focus areas.

The grant finalists are announced at Impact100 SRQ’s Meet the Finalists event in October, and then the 2022 Impact100 SRQ members are then invited to cast a vote to select the Impact100 SRQ Grant Award Recipients at their Annual Celebration on November 6, 2022.

Following the receipt of the grant, each Grant Recipient is invited to partner with Impact100 SRQ for one initiative showcase event and one member event during a 24-month period.

*About Impact 100 SRQ
Impact100 SRQ is one of more than sixty chapters worldwide and joins its sister chapters in embracing the local collective giving model. Established in 2018, Impact100 SRQ brings together a diverse group of women that annually fund transformational grants to local nonprofits in both Sarasota and Manatee Counties.  The model is simple. At least 100 women each give a $1,000 tax deductible investment, and together they collectively award grants in increments of at least $100,000 to local nonprofits in five focus areas: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment & Recreation, Family and Health & Wellness.  Each member’s annual investment strengthens the power of giving and funds the innovative projects that make a high “Impact” and sustainable difference in our community.
