Troy Roberts is a man of many talents. A retired software executive, inter­net entrepreneur, Jeep enthusiast, family man, and distiller. Stepping into dis­tilling from the comfort of his garage, he started out infusing real ingredients into small batches for fun. Once he got that down, he bought a single still in 2007, rented the space that now serves as his full-scale production facility, and has since grown Siesta Key Rum to become a house­hold name. They have four core rums which are sold across 28 states!

While the pandemic surely increased alcohol sales, it also created challenges, namely, acquiring glass bottles. Planning on a fresh rebrand anyway, they ac­quired a different supplier and are proudly debuting a new look alongside their renovated tasting room– upgraded and expanded to allow for private events!
