TJ started Nutter Custom Construction 12 years ago. Being a Sarasota native, he is deeply rooted in the industry here and well-known among his peers for bringing a distinctive British West Indies design influence to the area. Nutter’s unique design aesthetic, attention to sustainability, and true concierge building approach sets them apart in the custom market. TJ and his wife Angela, along with their team, bring together decades of experience to help create your dream home. They’ve won numerous awards, being honored as “Gulf Coast Top 500” and “Best of Houzz for Service and Design.”

TJ enjoys giving back to the local community both professionally and personally, having most recently completed the build of All-Star Children’s Foundation Campus of Caring as well as Riverview Rams Football Program where his children, Bryn and Ty, will be third-generation graduates.
