This session will focus on well-being fundamentals: finding balance, emotions, eating behaviors, fitness, and motivations. We are in a tough season right now where self-care is essential to relieve rising levels of stress and anxiety. The topics will be kept simple, focusing on easy-to-apply, sound principles to help you develop healthy habits for today, tomorrow and into the future. 

Kristi Hoskinson holds a degree in Health Science and brings over 10 years of knowledge and expertise in the wellness industry. As a former business owner of an employee wellness consulting firm, Kristi recognizes the challenges that come with maintaining healthy habits. As she says, “There is no easy button.” A lifestyle of well-being begins with a spirit of intentionality.
