GOODWILL TEAM MEMBERS who walk through the front doors of the corporate campus office will find more than employment. Through the glass doors is the possibility of a new future. Whether a team member has a disability, has lived through unfortunate circumstances, is a veteran looking to reintegrate into his or her community, or has struggled with a dark past, Goodwill Manasota is committed to helping each of them gain the life and work skills they need to be empowered and to feel the dignity they deserve.

Our programs not only offer employment and job skills training but also offer each team member life coaches (GoodPartner Coaches) who will assist with the needs of the whole individual—like Ann, who was recovering from drug addiction, or Bernie, an older adult seeking to supplement his retirement income while doing something meaningful, or John, who had returned from serving our country and was having trouble finding a good job. Our programs provide training in life skills, such as budgeting, conflict resolution, and healthy living. We proudly serve 755 team members as well as those who come through our doors to receive help through our Job Connection or veterans’ services programs. This is your Goodwill, dedicated to serving the entire community, one individual at a time.
