As a second-generation Sarasota resident, Attorney Lindsay J. Ketchum’s familiarity with the community and deeply rooted relationships have given rise to a bustling boutique litigation firm, founded just over a year ago. Her driven, compassionate, dedicated and zealous advocacy, paired with her personal involvement in each case from the outset, set her apart and have no doubt led to her success.
She began her career with the long-standing and well-respected law fi rm of Paderewski and Dannheisser, P.A., where she built a strong legal foundation emphasizing client needs and satisfaction. In March 2018, she established Lindsay Ketchum, P.A. and was also of counsel with Holliday Karatinos Law Group, PLLC, during which time she gained ligation experience and honed her skills alongside a fi rm renowned for its trial practice. Her early career was spent representing people injured as a result of another’s negligence, however, it has expanded to now include: Commercial Litigation, Corporate Formation and Business Law, Estate Law, Probate, Wills & Trust Litigation, Landlord Tenant Law and Real Property as well Personal Injury, Premises Liability and Wrongful Death.
Ketchum has had a lifelong interest in martial arts and won several world championships. She was also among the first professional female mixed martial arts fighters to compete in an event sanctioned by the American Boxing Association in Florida. She has carried the tenacity, passion, drive and unwavering commitment required of a professional fighter to the practice of law and her results are reflective of that fact.
