2. Summer House is situated steps away from the beautiful white sands of Siesta Key’s Beach Access 3—the perfect place to take a walk on the beach and take in the beautiful views before or after dinner.

3. The main focal point of the beautifully crafted dining room is a 10,000 lb. fish tank boasting 1,000 gallons of water, intricately monitored on a weekly basis by Sea Clear Aquariums. The fish tank took over 1,000 man hours to build and contains some of the rarest fish from around the globe.

4. Summer House uses Siesta Key salt in its homemade butter and steak seasoning. The salt is sourced directly from the world class beaches of Siesta Key.

5. The exquisite décor inside Summer House was designed by Kurt Lucas of JKL Design exclusively for us. Everything from the carpet to the chairs was hand selected; creating quite possibly the most gorgeous restaurant in Sarasota.

6. Summer House’s steaks are sourced directly from boutique farms throughout the country, resulting in the finest cuts of meat being served. To cook the steaks, the owners brought in a Montague grill, and we cook our hand-cut steaks at a whopping 1,200 degrees, creating a beautify balanced steak that’s lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

7. The owners have also scoured the world to bring an extensive and exclusive wine menu to Siesta Key. The wine vault located behind the bar contains more than 50 varieties of unique, world-class wine.

8. Summer House also features a social hour menu, available seven days a week at the bar, including cocktails starting at $5 and appetizers for $10—unheard of on Siesta Key.
