A better approach to Parkinson’s
Neuro Challenge Foundation was founded in 2008 to improve the quality of life of people with Parkinson’s and their caregivers in Sarasota. Today, we directly serve more than 1,500 people each year in Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and Pinellas counties and are expanding to meet the increasing number of requests of people with Parkinson’s outside of our current service area. In many communities, after a person receives a diagnosis of Parkinson’s they often have
nowhere to turn. Our Better Approach to Parkinson’s features ongoing monthly support and educational programs, individualized care advising and community resource referrals. Thanks to our many partners and generous donors in the communities we serve, all Neuro Challenge programs and services are provided at no charge. In 2018, we will celebrate 10 years of making a positive difference in the lives of people with Parkinson’s.
