Learning from many established mentors, Terri has navigated the bustling world of retail leadership and explored many avenues within merchandising, selling and marketing. Terri’s career has exposed her to over 15 retail markets, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Balancing daily store operations, community events and charity interactions has proven to be an exciting and rewarding path. The ever-changing world of retail has offered a platform to take risks, seek the impossible, and surpass goals in a growing competitive landscape.

Terri believes in giving back to her community. Initiating and leading events that benefit local causes and thrill clients is one of Terri’s passions. Seeking out talent and developing future leaders is one of her greatest rewards.
