As two of the leading ladies of PGT Innovations, Debbie LaPinska and Danielle Mikesell believe in serving others and helping their light shine bright. This poised duo hopes to leave a legacy that inspires women to become excellent leaders.

Debbie joined PGT Innovations in 1991 as a customer service representative. Through hard work and dedication, she is now senior vice president of human resources and customer care, managing talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, health and safety and organizational development and training. She is the past chair of the Loveland Center board and serves as a director on the board of the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce.

Danielle joined PGT Innovations in 2015 and is currently serving as senior vice president of marketing and product management. Danielle oversees all marketing, branding, corporate communications, product management, innovation, design engineering, code compliance and strategic planning functions. Prior to PGT Innovations, she had an impressive track record of over 20 years in the building industry. She most recently served as director of marketing at Masco Cabinetry and director of sales for KraftMaid Cabinetry, both divisions of MASCO, a multibillion-dollar, Fortune-500, publicly traded company. Earlier in her career, she owned a successful kitchen and bath design firm that specialized in high-end and luxury home remodels. She is a board member of the All-Star Children’s Foundation and the Sarasota Area Chamber of Commerce.

Apart from their passion for PGT Innovations, these manufacturing mavens share a passion for community advocacy and philanthropy, and their generous spirit influences those around them to strive for greatness.
