All right, party people, we’re ready to clue you in to some magical details of our Garden of Wonder-themed Best of Sarasota 2016 Party. Enjoy the best local food, drinks and entertainment featuring the winners and finalists of our annual readers’ poll in beautiful Selby Gardens as the sun sets over the bay. Expect a variety of savory bites and sweet treats from your favorite restaurants, as well as specialty cocktails, wine, beer, and more. We promise you’ll be satisfied!

“Expecting the unexpected is what this party has become over the last few years,” says party planner Maria Brady, owner of Choreographed Events in Sarasota.

Brady’s ideas for this year’s theme will target all of your senses. “I like to wow guests every 30 minutes,” she says, so be prepared to be dazzled from the moment you enter the party through the Rainforest Garden. The magical entry leads to a grand surprise of where real meets surreal, and the “anchors away" bubbly we’ll treat you to will be the perfect complement to your magical entrance.

We don’t want to give away too much, but we neither confirm nor deny the presence of mystical woodland creatures and magical beings.
