Barancik Foundation Approves More Than $4 Million in Grants

Plus, Bank of America awards $30,000 to All Faiths Food Bank and more.

The Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation recently approved more than $4 million in grants to nonprofits in the region, including $1 million to Harvest House, $700,468 to All Faiths Food Bank, $425,000 to the Women's Resource Center, and more. 

The Patterson Foundation is providing a $250,000 contribution to the Center for Disaster Philanthropy’s Atlantic Hurricane Season Recovery Fund to strengthen support for medium- and long-term recovery efforts in communities impacted by Hurricane Melissa and other severe storms.

Bank of America recently awarded a $30,000 grant to All Faiths Food Bank.

The Junior League of Sarasota has announced the recipients of its 2025 Community Grants Program, awarding funding a total of $40,000 to seven nonprofit organizations that are addressing critical needs in Sarasota County. They are Big Waters Land TrustChildren FirstEveryday BlessingsGood Sam Health ServicesQueens of Domestic Violence AwarenessSelah Freedom and SPARCC (Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center)

B&I Contractors, Inc., recently donated more than $5,000 to Project HOPE in support of hurricane relief efforts in Jamaica following the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa.
