Embracing Our Differences Receives $145,675 Grant from Florida Division of Cultural Affairs

Embracing Our Differences has received a $145,675 grant from the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs to support its outdoor exhibitions and year-round arts education initiatives. 

Sarasota County Libraries and Historical Resources recently received an anonymous $100,000 donation that will be used to expand its digital preservation efforts at the Sarasota County History Center and increase public access to its archival collections.

Businessman, attorney, and philanthropist Hugh Culverhouse Jr. has donated $25,000 to Teen Court of Sarasota, a nonprofit youth diversion program that gives juvenile offenders an opportunity to avoid the long-term consequences of a criminal record.

Real estate company Greystar has made a $31,000 unrestricted gift to The Florida Center for Early Childhood
