Hosana Fieber Named New CEO of Tervis

Plus, Sarah Cartwright is promoted to chief curator at The Ringling, and more.

Tervis recently appointed Hosana Fieber as its new CEO, with Rogan Donelly, the company’s current CEO, moving into an executive chairman of the board position. No changes will be made to the ownership of Tervis.

The Ringling has announced the promotion of Sarah Cartwright to chief curator, making her the first person in more than a decade to hold this title at the museum. Cartwright will have oversight of the curatorial department and will help shape the museum's long-term exhibitions and collections strategies in pursuit of institutional strategic goals. She will also continue as the Ulla R. Searing Curator of Collections.

Jennifer Lemmer Posey has been promoted to head of The Ringling's circus cepartment, a new department comprising of the Ringling Archives and Circus Collection. This department was created to better meet the care and maintenance needs of the ever-growing circus collection and museum archives.

All Faiths Food Bank has named Nina Harrelson as its director of strategic communications, a newly created senior-level position.

JFCS of the Sunocast recently added four new board members: Adam Gersh, Ellen Goldner, Dan Dannheisser and Sasha Rosin.

The Child Protection Center, Inc. (CPC) has announced the appointment of Nikki Williams and Christie Mucha to its board of directors.

Embracing Our Differences announced recently that the organization has appointed Chloe Niebuhr as a STAR student board member. Niebuhr, a 12th-grade student at Pine View School, is a member of The Boys & Girls Club’s Students Take Active Roles (STAR) Leadership Training program. After completion of the program, students are eligible to give back to a cause they care about by serving as a voting board member for one of STAR’s 90 partner agencies.

Artist and gallerist Mara Torres González recently relocated MARA Art Studio + Gallery from the Rosemary District to 76 S. Palm Ave.. A grand opening is scheduled for Friday, Nov. 3, from 6-8 p.m. during Palm Avenue’s First Friday Gallery Walk. 

Goodwill Manasota recently celebrated its Community Ambassador of the Year Awards for the first time since 2019. This year's honorees were Rob Kehs (veterans honoree), Sarasota Private Trust Company, New York Private Bank & Trust Company and The Milstein Family (philanthropy honorees), Easterseals Southwest Florida (community partner honoree) and Dora Talamantes (Robert W. Rosinsky Achievement Award winner).
