Neal Land and Neighborhoods, a local master-planned community developer, has added four new people  to its land development team. Andy Richardson will serve as senior land development manager, David Goben will serve as accounting and financial manager, Daniel Johnson will serve as staff accountant, and Anthony Goodrich will serve as accounts payable/receivables associate. These new hires come as Neal Land & Neighborhoods continues construction and development progress and plans for future new communities.
