Sarasota-based law firm Shumaker has announced that Patrick J. Duggan has been named a partner at the firm, effective Jan. 1, 2022. Duggan is a member of the labor, employment and benefits service line in Shumker's Sarasota office. Experienced in both state and federal courts, he practices employment law and litigation on behalf of management in a variety of complex workplace and business disputes.
