Ian Black Real Estate has hired Elena Herrera as marketing assistant. Herrera will plan and execute various marketing strategies, including designing and producing flyers, updating property listings and coordinating property photography, as well as performing general administrative duties. Prior to joining Ian Black Real Estate, Herrera served as digital coordinator at rbb Communications in Miami. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in communications, from Florida International University. Jordan Gorrell, who joined the firm earlier this year as marketing assistant, has been promoted to marketing director. She will oversee the marketing department while promoting the firm and its property listings through various marketing outlets.
