Harmar Mobility, the Sarasota-based manufacturer of wheelchair lifts for automobiles, stair lifts for the home, and residential and commercial vertical platform lifts, has recently been certified by the Great Place to Work organization. The award is based on current employees’ feedback regarding their experience working at Harmar; this year, 75 percent of employees agreed that Harmar is a great place to work, putting Harmar 16 points above the average U.S. company.
