Ian Black Real Estate has hired two new employees: Brianna Tulp joins the firm as sales associate and Jordan Gorrell joins as marketing assistant and brokerage support.

Tulp holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and is currently completing her LEED Green Associate certification. She will work alongside partner Nick Devito II, SIOR, and specialize in office and industrial properties. Gorrell, who joins the firm's marketing team, will aid in the growth of the firm’s digital presence. She is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
