Stratum Health System, the parent company of Tidewell Hospice, has named Cecille Riggs, PT, as vice-president for home health. The Stratum Health System family of companies includes Avidity Home Health, a Medicare-approved skilled-care provider, and Approved Home Health, which offers skilled and private-duty services. Riggs has more than 30 years of experience in health care and 20 years of experience in leadership roles within large home health agencies and senior living organizations. Prior to joining Stratum, she served as vice-president for Brookdale Senior Living, the largest senior living provider in the country.
